I’m James (JaykoTorr on most online platforms); B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, former writer, reader of science fiction novels, gamer, and maker. I decided to try my hand at writing as a hobby ages ago. I started writing in high school and continued on through college. I participated in NaNoWriMo several years, but after that, writing as a hobby faded and I picked up new hobbies. I don’t write anymore, but that doesn’t stop my brain from drifting off to the stories I once thought up.
This blog was a little place for me to express my ideas, inspirations, edits and excerpts for any and all to read and enjoy or give feedback on. Now it’s a place to share random things I do; mostly 3D printing and prop/replica related. Feel free to browse and comment if you have a piece of advice or a critique of my work. Or silently lurk, that’s normally what I do.

Short Stories
Originally this site was to meant as a place to host stories I wanted to share with people. All those stories are still here, hidden under this tab. Most of them are alright, many have errors throughout from my poor proofing. If you want to take a browse, feel free and enjoy them.
Black-Heart
Black-Heart is my attempt at a SciFi “web series” following a man who once wielded a cursed revolver, having cast it aside and escaped to a far-flung planet to hopefully live the remainder of his life in peace. Unfortunately it never works out that way, and the cursed revolver and his past seem to have followed him. He must enlist the aid of new friends to help him overcome the curse and his past lest he fall victim to it once again.

3D Models
The 3D Models page is where I will be posting any STL, STEP, or other files, that I feel comfortable sharing from various project posts for free. I only ask of anyone downloading that I don’t end up finding my 3D models posted elsewhere or for sale on some other site. And if anyone does print any of them, feel free to @ me on Twitter with a photo, I’ve love to see what others end up doing with them.
